Columbus-area Virtues among Golfweek’s 15 best public golf courses in Ohio


The Virtues Golf Club is the only Columbus-area course to make Golfweek’s 15 best public courses in Ohio. The 18-hole layout, located in Nashport, is tied at No. 5 with Akron’s Firestone Fazio Golf Course.

Golfweek’s Best of 2024 lists the top public-access courses across the country, as judged by its international panel of raters. The Virtues, designed by renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills, opened in 1999 as Longaberger Golf Club before new ownership changed the name in 2016.
